Pregnancy,when to inform?

Pregnancy,when to inform?
One month after submitting the Form 47SK, we found out that my wife is pregnant.
From the other threads , I learned that I need to inform Adelaide on change of circumstances.
As I have yet to receive the request for medical check, should I just wait until the time I receive the request for medical check then only for the doctor to tell Adelaide that X-ray cannot be performed because of pregnancy, or should I inform Adelaide now ?
Could someone please advise.Thanks.
