Default Pre-mixed Tile Adhesive & Grout

More diy...

I have a small tiling job to do in my bathroom - about 2.5 m2, and wanted to get some pre-mixed adhesive and grout - I'm not fantastic at keeping the consistency great across different mixes, but am pretty good at the application etc when it's pre mixed for me.

I went to Bunnings, and all the adhesive and grout was in powder form, apart from the Glass Block grout. Does anyone know where I can grab some pre-mixed stuff?

Bunnings usually do sell mixed stuff aswell.. In Perth anyway. Never bought it though as a rip off.

I got my pre-mix from Bunnings - SA - was expensive but worth it when one is totally incompetent like I am I seem to remember that I had to buy far more than I wanted

Never use pre mixed if it's for the floors or you'll be taking them up again .

If it's for the walls you can use pre mixed adhesive in a tub , make sure you prime ( not with PVA ) and your substrate is ok to use with it - read the manufacturors instructions .

Use a powdered grout - just buy yourself a cheap bucket , sponge and grout float and again read the M.I . You can even colour match some grout to the tile and silicone .

You could even go to a tile shop and get some advice and some proper gear /
Do it once , do it properly
