Hiya can anyone please tell me roughly how long till they heard back from their pre assessment for tra?? been gone 3 weeks now and ive not heard anything, sent an e.mail but got no reply from Gomatilda. any help would be apreciated, ta.

That's not like them - they're usually really prompt. Try going to the contact page and emailing one of the agents. Mine is Marina

We recently contacted GoMatilda for a quote etc but they were having problems with their email at the time so we ended up going with someone else. Still haven't received a reply from them so maybe their emails still out of action.

Mine took about 3 weeks, it depends on how much information they have t osift through and how complex your case is, I presume every case is different, but if your impatient like me, then give them a gentle nudge
