Hi all,

Here's a couple of queries I'm sure several of you will be able to help us with:
Is there any flexibility on age (the dreaded 45) on the basic requirements criteria. My partner can fulfil everything for a skilled application BUT she was 45 at the end of May.
She has paramedic qualifications and there are jobs waiting but..... are we wasting tie barking up the tree at all.

I am sure the experts can confirm but I thought the age was counted as your age at the date you apply therefore if you apply before May you would be alright.
