PR validation question
Got PR visa. I have a project coming up in another country. Can I just catch a connecting flight via Australia to get my PR validated, and on the same day connect my flight to the other country? IS THIS LEGALLY VALID?

Re: PR validation question
I believe it is legally valid, although you should leave the airport before
returning (that's when you technically become immigration cleared). Take a quick
taxi ride downtown.
It's a shame to visit for such a short period of time, why not take a couple of days
to have a look at the city you may want to live in?

Re: PR validation question
Ya, that what's I meant.........getting immigration cleared, have a walk on the streets outside the airport, come back to the airport and catch the connecting flight on the same day to the other city.
Could anyone else also confirm whether this is technically correct to validate the PR visa?
