PR Skills Assessment - Help!
Hi, really hoping someone can help.
My brother is looking to apply for a PR visa via ENS by NAB and we are a tad confused regarding the skills assessment process.
DIMIA guidelines suggest that you need to have a skills assessment for this visa unless you are being sponsored as a big cheese (unfortunately not) or you have worked in Australia for the last two years.
Specifically: has worked full-time in Australia in the occupation for which they have been nominated for the last 2 years, including at least the last 1 year working for the nominating employer.
The potential problem is that my brother works for the NAB through an agency so although he has worked in the nominated occupation and at NAB for two years he is paid by an agency. Does this mean that he will need to get his skills assessed or not?
NAB are absolutely useless and proving no help in this at all so any advice much appreciated!!

Try sticking this on the immigration forum as well. They'll probably know more than us.
