Yeah I know, am just impatient so wanna get my career on some kinda track and then we're sorted. In an ideal world we want to get on some kind of ladder but at this rate it'll only be to sweep the cobwebs from the eaves! ...

Seriously tho, can't even think of it till I'm secure (as I can be) somewhere!

No, probably not you.

Many people on here spell the words definite and definitely wrongly so I was surprised to see that the immigration department got the word indefinitely correctly. :D

You and your family have worked so hard for these PR visas to come through. You really deserve them. Enjoy you new life and we look forward to hearing your goods news on getting citizenship next!

Well I can't deny it has been a bit of a slog, and there's facets to the whole thing that I (for once) kept my gob shut about. I even deleted my account to do so!!! ...

Maybe I'll dl a full update as Fly Away said now we're all over it!

You've always seemed very good with your software and web stuff. May be doing an IT diploma or course at TAFE will open some doors to you? Plumbers and sparkies might earn more with a few years' experience especially when you start working for yourself, but an IT job is less physically demanding. Just a thought.
