Posting an item from USA to Australia (from a company that won't send direct)

Hi all,

I guess a few of you have come across companies on the net who for some reason will not post internationally to Australia.

I have an item I want to buy from an American company who do not offer postage to Oz but I have heard there are companies in America who I can list as the recipent address and then they will charge separately to send the item on.

Anybody know who a reliable and cheap one of this kind would be?
