We are on a former resident visa 47sv i lived in australia as a child but never got citizenship. I am returning to Melbourne where i grew up.
I'm really excited but have a house to sell or let before we go as we only have until 2nd of october to validate so its all go go go!!!

I bet that you are really excited about moving back. The UK isn't what it used to be anymore and I don't think it's until you've lived in another country that you realize that.
We've moved around a lot with my OH's job, mostly mainland Europe then returning to the UK we knew it was no longer our home.
Australia has so much to offer people with a young family and we can't wait to get out there and start living.
It sounds like you are going to be kept very busy over the next couple of months. Selling a house is a full time job. But at least you have your visa now.
