Hi we are wanting to get a pool installed . We have had all different feedback a from pool companies . One offering $5000 extras
Another saying they just offer $3000 bonus bits . And others that seen to run down other companies . We want the best deal and don't want to be stiffed .
Is there any advise or suggestions on avoiding certain companies
I live in secret harbour so ones around here would be good .

Hi Bruce n Sheila, I think that you can contact the Building Commission, best to send email or letter, asking them if any disputes have been lodged for the companies you are interested in. Have you decided the time of pool you want (fibreglass, concrete or vinyl lined)? The type of pump, filtration and cleaning system (chlorine, salt, other) need researching as well. Different systems might steer you in one direction or another.

The back wash one or the cartridge one that can be cleaned easier ? . Thinking of riverena pools as seem to offer more in a package ..

We used the one opposite bunnings they were bloody brilliant... It was the least stressful thing we've done since coming to Australia....

Actually, floating around on a bean chair on Sunday IN the pool was probably the least streusel thing I have done... But prior to being able to lounge around in a pool on your own, them installing it was .....

There are areas of SH that have rock, be aware that will bump up the cost massively .... And they tend to find out you have it only when they hit it

Riverena said this to me about the rock $99 per hour for excavation hope we got no rock under there . I guess won't know until they start digging .. Need a mini dig as small side gate to house ... more money
