Poms clean up at the bar quiz!
Thought we'd try the quiz at our local. Unfortunately our other 2 team mates didn't show up. Got put with a guy from Birkenhead and an aussie. There were 12 teams in all, certainly didn't expect to win - twice!
Just staggered home with 5 bottles of champagne and $80 of restaurant vouchers!
We have been assured that next time the questions will be less 'english' and we won't win! Hah!

Most we've ever won was 4 cans of pimms (ewugh), but we still enjoyed ourselves

I bet the Aussies weren't too happy for a couple of 'green' Poms to beat them
