Yes, and other calcium rich products, and some weight bearing exercise to increase the bone density. Mother has borderlline osteoporosis so I am trying to fend it off early, so far so good. Hope yours mends soon.

Come to Perth ... visit swan valley vineyards (how I first got hooked) buy bootle of chocolate port $25.00 .... discover that chalmers do the same thing anf can buy in Liquor barn for $7.99...... get even more hooked


Alteerntively if you dont like chocolate, visit Talianich vineyard (also in swan valeey) and byt red liquor .... port wine that tastes like r"rum an raisin"
Crikey bit of a price difference!! it sounds fab cant wait to try it and the byt red liquor, though dont know if we will be able to get it in Tas.
