Pollsteraticus Catlinus
This furtive little mammal is fondly nicknamed the "Pinner Sinner" due to it's feet first, ask questions later, impetuous personality.
Normally it is adorned with a long flowing auburn coat but it is capable of changing it's colour chameleon like.
It's hind legs are rather bandy which is the direct result of many years using them as a gripping aid.
Mornings are the creatures least favourite time of day when it's eyes are dark and ears very susceptible to noise.
It rarely ventures far from it's burrow for fear of bullying which is probably a consequence of a ruff and tumble youth.
Instead it prefers to return to the same site day after day where it eagerly forages for titbits.
It sniffles around endlessly and with each find shuffles it's paws and makes a soft rattling noise that is heard far and wide.
We should ship it out to Taranaki !!!
