Hi
I need to obatin the Police Checks for the time when my girlfriend lived in Holland, she now lives in London. Its a Police Good Conduct Certificate that she needs.

Does anyone know the website where we can down load the forms from and post?

I've looked at the form 47P, but it doesn't really tell you much. I have done the UK ones and need to get the Dutch one.

Well looking at 47P I would think you need to apply to the "Municipality where you were last registered" - to the Town Hall there, I assume.

Cheers, I have trawled that web site trying to find the forms but could not see them, you guys have come up trumps again.

Just need to wait for passport to be renewed then send it all off to Alkmar.

I guess thats the gemeente (council) where she was born/lived. Then they send it on from there ?

I believe that you need to hand it in at the Municipality where you lived, which is Alkmaar in my case. If you have not lived there for 4 years you send it to a central place who deal with it.
