police checks
We got an e-mail from the ASPC to say that the police checks we e-mailed them were not in the right format - no idea what that means!!
Has anyone else e-mailed them - are you allowed to e-mail them???
There is a paragraph in other communication that we have received saying that e-mail documents are acceptable - so I dont know what we have done wrong.
I have since got someone to certify them as true copies - should I e-mail them again or do they have to be posted??? Do they need to be e-mailed in colour perhaps.
Can anybody help us please....

Re: police checks
Just guesses i am afraid guys, But i would be suprised if dont accept pdf's.
For my online application they def did.
It is possible the file was corrupted and they could not open it, in that case re-sending it may do the trick other than that maybe better to get them to explain what they mean.
Sorry folks, someone else on here may know.

Hi, you need to scan the original documents in colour. Information can be found at http://www.immi.gov.au/contacts/visa...fessionals.htm.

I think what I've done may actually be okay - see quote below taken from the link you gave me...
"If you scan documents in black and white, then they must be scanned copies of the certified copies"
