police checks
Can someone answer this question for me? My partner has recently been arrested for a minor public order offence and subsequently released with a caution but no charges. Will this show up during a police check and is it likely to count against us???

Ah a bimbo, i wouldn't worry it could show up but its only minor if cautioned. They are trying to eliminate bigger fish.
