police certs
I live in London and am going to send off for my police clearing certificates unprompted because I hear they can take a long time. Looking at various police websites I seem to have a choice of two certificates, ie. a metropolitan one and a national one. Anyone know which one I should go for?

personally I`d wait until they are requested as your validation date will be set for 12 months from the date of the police checks
