Points for specific work experience

Points for specific work experience
We are looking to apply for Independent skilled visa but are concerned about getting the points we require for specific work experience. The policy states 3 of the last 4 years in listed occupation. We took a year out to travel and have a gap of 1year and 2 days between jobs on the list, will the 2 days really cost me the chance to live in OZ ???

Remember that you only need to prove specific work experience if you need the extra points. If you have sufficient points without the specific work experience points, then there is no need to prove the 3 out of 4 years.
