Hi

My partner and I have found so much information from this forum, this is our first post.

We are currently pulling together everything to send off for a visa. We fall short of 5 points and are aware we can invest $100k for the 5 points.
However my partner is a Youth Worker and has recently completed his SVQ level 3 (Scottish National Vocational Qualification)

Can any one tell us if VETASSESS would accept this as equivalent to an Australian Diploma - for the 5 points 'basic requirements' for him....we get the certificate in 6 weeks and wondered if its worth waiting to send away to be assessed or go with the $100k investment route.

Hi Tartan,

Nobody has answered this thread so try posting it on the OZ/NZ immigration forum instead.

That one has a wider audience and specialises more in visa questions.
