please help.....re Skilled Visa
Hi
My wife is a RGN level 2, having passed her nurse training back in 1985. Since then she has done various nursing jobs including A&E and has spent the last 12 months in working more than 20 hours per week as shift leader at a nursing home...we spoke to a migration consultant and he seems to think we will be ok with this level of qualification, we score 115 on the assessment, my concern is when we checked out ANC web site is states RGN Division 2 ??? will not be recognised under skilled migration....we are so confused, has anyone applied with RGN level 2....please help  :( |
hopefully your agent knows what he/she is talking about. They must have experience of these matters.
The impression you get from the papers etc is that they are keen for nursing staff to apply. Good Luck:) |
I'm confused as I thought that RGN was level 1 and SEN or EN was a level 2. If your wife is an enrolled nurse then I don't think she can apply for a skilled independent visa. If you contact ANCI directly they should be able to help. I've contacted them in the past and they have been very helpful.
Good luck Claire |
