Please help! Ptlabs, Alan or George

Hi,
I wonder if you can help me, I am a little confused over the deeming date issue. Does it only apply to IT Professionals and Tradepersons being assessed by ACS & TRA or does it also apply to those being assessed by VETASSESS.

Many Thanks

ACE:)

Maybe you should post this on the immigration forum?
You may get more response.

Ace,

In general, the date you got your qualification will be taken as your de-facto deeming date. This means that usually, pre-graduation experience will be discounted by DIMIA.

Thank you for your replies. So that means that my husbands 20 years of experience in his nominated field will not be acknowledged by DIMIA?
Many Thanks
ACE:)
