Please help me Mr. Lombard....or anyone. 61 days ACS RPL already gone...what do I do?

Hi...It has already been 61 days since ACS received my application for RPL (27.12.2001). No reply or communication from that end as yet.

Should I contact them?

Currently ACS is advising a waiting period of 8-10 weeks on skills assessments. Given
their practice of not executing credit card payments immediately, it may be some time
before you receive confirmation that your application has been received, unless you
usedwww.austimmigration.com.au registered mail or a courier. Also, bear in mind that
ACS was not open between about 20 December and 4 January, and that this is their
busiest period...

Cheers

Thanks George...

Just an info... I sent my application by DHL courier that was received by ACS on 27.12.2001. Got to see that in DHL package tracking system. I also made the payment through Bank Cheque (Draft) payable through HSBC Bank, Sydney-Australia.

I do understand the delay but how long should I wait before I could contact them? Now I'm in the ninth week and just a week more to go for the 10th.

Dear AMS,

I dont want to disappoint or scare you, but you can expect atleast another 1 month (
yes that is 4 weeks ) before you can expect some answer from there.

All the best. By the way it took them more then 12 weeks for my application to be
processed, however in the end it was positive ;) Regards
