please help me guyz... =)
hi everyone... im actually confused... i am the main applicant, and im bringing my defacto spouse with me... we are to be sponsored by my uncle in Victoria... our visa would be skilled-designated area sponsored.. and i have understand that it doesnt have to through a point test... my spouse just got a positive skill assessment... so we're thinking if i could no longer have my skills assessed... would it be ok, even if im the primary applicant... and oh, im just curious... how much does it cost to have a migration agent, coz we feel we need it... thanks!!!!

Re: please help me guyz... =)
Sounds like you need one techno_blade2005,
I am a Des area sponsor too with a defacto in tow. You don't need to do the points test and depening on whether you have qualifications such as a HNC, HND or Degree then you will only need anything from 6 months working to one year. Look on page 29 in booklet 6. This will tell you everything you need to know. I will be employing a migration Agent for when we apply in Feb just in case of any nasty surprises along the journey. Have a look at the booklet get back to me. love lace :) |
