Plastering Tools?
Hi
My partner is a plasterer and would like to know is it worth him putting his handboard and trowel in his suitcase when we come out to Perth. So he can start looking for jobs just as soon as we get out there. Or would he be best just buying some out there when we arrive and wait until the container arrives? As you can appreciate you don't get much luggage allowance. Many thanks Debbie :) |

Re: Plastering Tools?
Hi Debs, I am also heading to perth and planning on taking the basic tools ( trowels, hawk, etc) in my luggage. I will buy a new whisk when I get there, along with hop up, buckets etc.
The air freight thing is not a bad idea though. How is your husband coping with getting rid of tools and narrowing them down to the basics? I have got half a shipping container to rid of, nearly there now bit it is a bit depressing selling stuff for peanuts when I have worked hard to buy it. |
