It wasn't the OP that used TV's it was post #4.

RADAR won't contain an apostrophe as it is an ACRONYM, neither do any other acronyms.

Has it taken you all this time on Google to tell me that?

Australia uses PAL B/G and the UK uses PAL I. Check the specification of the TV to see if it supports both. If it only supports PAL I you'll get a picture but no sound, but you could use it via a video recorder or some other external tuner to get the sound.
