Ipswitch and Samford, watch the summer temps before buying.
Recliffe and areas, they are about to start a new bridge and major road upgrades into the city and airport = big cuts in travel times so big money pouring into the area now. Woody points next to redcliffe and the councils about to spend several million on the foreshore development. Massive retail development going in too, biggest shopping centre in qld just down the road and biggest bunnings etc. Still cheap now, dont know for how long.

Why don't you have a look at the map and tell us which suburb you were really talking about? There isn't much development happening around Thorneside, but loads in Thornlands which is 20 minutes south of Thorneside.
