Depends on what floats your boat, what your budget is and where you will be. So many good places in Sydney for very budget and taste.

Hungry Jacks.
It's a bit like Burger King, but with beetroot.

Anyone know why Burger King is called Hungry Jacks in Oz?
For burgers try Burgerman on Bondi Road Bondi Beach. Kicks the arse out of any other chain.

Favourite Bondi Beach eating places (there are more that I have not been to)
Too Fatz: Great thin crust pizza
Le Paris Go Cafe: Very relaxed (including the service) but good food and atmosphere.
Sabbaba: Israeli style kebabs in pita breads cooked on site. Probably best kebab in Sydney
Lauries vegetarian: Good cheap vege food and not bland or boring.
Just Thai: Nice thai food. Not the best but still very good and a good atmosphere
Balusus North Indian Diner: Not like a curry house but very good value
Seans Panorama: One of the best restaurants in Sydney serving fantastic food in a very unpretentious atmosphere. Not cheap but the quality of the food is worth every cent
There is a Tapas bar on campbell parade that is excellent value, cheap wine, good food and a good atmosphere.
You will not go hungry in Sydney.
