Places to avoid

Hoping to move to Perth next year, me, hubby and our son, who will be about 2 1/2 by the time we hope to get there. Have been researching areas SOR but thought the best research is peoples experiences. We are going blind, but have family leaving 2moro :( , they are looking in the Leda area.

Would appreciate any feedback on the places best to avoid and why? Hve any of you moved in somewhere and thought OMG what have we done??

Thanks in advance
