Why snobbish? I live in a rented house, I was referring to the many rental in Aus where the decor is still in the 1970's (much like my UK home, won't post a pic as I don't like it but can put up with it for the time being). I was wondering if someone (there must be at least one) would show a picture of their rental as only those with nice homes had. Hate to break it to you but not all housing in Aus is nice

Opps sorry! i thought you was refering to poeple who live in rental , didnt want to post because of just that...never even crossed my mind that it would be about decorating ....as was referring to the snobby gits in UK who look down at their noses coz you live in rental .Me i dont give a stuff as long as ive got a roof over me head food in larder thatll do me ....theres no way id bust my Bo#$#cks to pay for a crappy three bed house here....Prices gone mad! Anyway BACK on topic...any more pics you guys..

No worries! Can't afford to get back on housing ladder in UK, but renting does have it's advantages, won't find me on here moaning about not being able to sell

Ive never been able to understand the big deal to "get on the ladder" maybe its because i could never afford too Nah as ive said before as long as you have a roof and grub youll be allreet. Im just nosy and wanted to see where poeple lived their houses their streets neibourhoods ect...I coundnt seen to find any "Real Life" pics on the net.The houses that ive seen on here are gorgeous tho.

The suburb is built aroud a technology theme (hence the name, it's named after a famous explorer - Douglas Mawson ) so it's supposed to look technological

I love Port Noarlunga beach, it's really quiet. Not sure about the area though so can't help with that.

Both house look nice and homely...when do you move into the one with the pool ?...the houses in oz all seem to be roomy and airy.
