Youre lucky - $1.14 per litre for lower grade - $1.18 higher grade over here

In E Melbourne I have never paid more than 88-89 cents a litre for diesel.

This is one of the things that is certainly cheaper for me here.

In real terms, it is 1/3rd of the price. And, as I get more mpg with diesel, and I drive at economical speeds of 90-100k everywhere I am doing well, I reckon.

Without meaning to hijack the thread I was looking at cars / car prices the other day and didn't spot a single diesel car. I figured it must be because the petrol (gas?) is so cheap that they weren't popular. Presumably you have no problem finding a fuel station to fill yours up Badge?
