we have our house on the market at the mo and we are having lots of interest i think the market has picked up and people were holding back to see what the stamp duty change would be. I think people are thinking house prices may still rise and they want to get on the ladder. we've had a few look at our house and they have just got off the plane only been here 2 and 3 weeks they just going to buy straight away.
