We have a rental sorted out for 3 months for our arrival but its worrying to think we have thought about renting for another 6, but makes you wonder whether our better option will be to buy after the first 3 months......

we have our house on the market at the mo and we are having lots of interest i think the market has picked up and people were holding back to see what the stamp duty change would be. I think people are thinking house prices may still rise and they want to get on the ladder. we've had a few look at our house and they have just got off the plane only been here 2 and 3 weeks they just going to buy straight away.
