Hi,

We hope to have the 457 Visa in place by End of November with a proposed landing/work start date December 5th.

I have contacted an agency who suggests I will not find accommodation in Perth at that time of year?

Is this realistic or can anyone help with other agencies/places to contact?

We (just 2 adults) are looking to rent for 6-18 months within commuting distance of Subiaco.

Any help/pointers would be greatly received.
