Perth rental accommodation
 

Hello, haven’t been here for a while as we have been planning our trip and it is now underway.

Currently we are in Thailand but we are looking for a house rental in Perth from November until Jan. Is it best to go for a holiday rental which you would get at ozstays.com (which most seem booked up) or look for a short term lease (if there’s such a thing).

Your advice would be most welcome.

we found most of the lets were for 6 months infact only found one that would have done a 3 month lease and all were unfurnished.

The short term furnished holiday let that we had for a month on arrival was great. We booked that through ozstays.

We stayed there and it is really nice. It's fully furnished, nearly new and the location is very good, close to the huge Garden City (Shopping Centre).
