Perth to Queensland
 

Anyone made move from Perth to Queensland if so was it right move?

We moved from Perth to Brisbane about 16 years ago, have done a couple of short stints in Perth since and lived in the Middle East for a couple of years but Brisbane is now home. The weather is much better for me than Perth, a much more temperate climate all year round - not as hot in summer and not as cold in winter. Brisbane's a nice city and the kids have a pretty nice lifestyle here (so do we). Being on the East Coast is not as isolating either, much better options for cheap airfares etc.

Hi we lived in Perth for 2 yrs but headed back to UK for family reasons. Now ping ponging to sunshine coast! Liked perth but hoping there will be more to offer on east coast as mentioned above! Good luck xx
