perth property
We are looking to go to Perth next year and have been visiting websites. Does anyone know why property is apparently so much cheaper North of Perth when compared to the South and Centre?

I would imagine its because theres bog all there!!!!!!!!.
In Perth and below (South West) there is a lot more going on. Once you are above Perth you can drive for hours and not see much at all.

Thanks for this - when we say North of Perth, we are talking within 10-15 miles of the City, eg; Duncraig? Does anyone know this area?
