Wink Perth nightlife?

Is there anything to do in Perth after the sun has gone down and the BBQ (or Barbie) has fizzled out?

Love to hear from you!

Hi there

Not sure I can help too much, but there are posters on this NG at the moment who no doubt will relish telling you about all the nightclubs, lapdancing clubs, prostitutes and fights that go on....allegedly!!

Northbridge seems to be fairly buzzing on the weekend, but then I'm from Adelaide and was only visiting for a couple of days.

Thumbs up Re: Perth nightlife?

We are heading to Perth hopefully applies 13 months ago !!

We have been several times and the night life is really good . Northbridge is good and there are loads of funky restaurants and bars. Fremantle is good to but pretty far away.
My sister partied there for a year and she is a lager lout!!

Freemantle has a real "cafe culture" feel to it and is well worth the trip.

We had a wild New Years eve in "The Bog" in Northbridge, and if it is still there reccommend it to anyone!!

Perth has a night-life?? When I was there the Saturday night out for the locals seemed to be to find an Aboriginal and hurl racist abuse at them!

Hi......

I spent a fantastic night in the, "Elephant & Wheelbarrow" pub, in Northbridge. All
around that area the place was jumping. Northbridge is a great place for a night out.
Went to Freeo' another night for a meal and then lots of beers. Ended up in Zanzi-Bar
night club. All in all, one of the best nights I have ever had.

Make no mistake! Perth has some amazing nightlife!!!

Cheers....... Johnno.......

What kind of scene are you looking for? Restaurants, pubs or clubs? Can't help with
the the restaurants and pubs (not that kind of person), but clubs try this:

www.inthemix.com.au
www.residentadvisor.com.au

Not sure about how much information they haveon Perth, never been there and don't
think will never be

OZ (at least Sydney and Melbourne) clubbing scene is much smaller than in the UK, but
the people are friendly and have a good atmosphere.

Have fun,

wes
