Perth New Year

€What are the good places to spend the new years eve and for the countdown. I am thinking of Fremantle, but again, I have no idea what it will be like in Freo and what kind of events they have organized.

Any other places in Perth?

thanks

Re: Perth New Year

Last Year we were on our hols in Perth. Went for a meal in Leederville a restaurant called Giadinis was reallly good. Then popped to a couple of bars. Got chattin to a couple of locals and they took us to Northbridge, a bar which had live music and lots of people it was fantastic (cant remember the neam but there was lots anyway). Be warned though if you do not live in the town need to arrange transportation there was a massive shortage of taxis was on the news telling you to sort something before you leave the house.

Enjoy
