Perth HELP!!! Short term rental needed ... Being kicked out
We are currently building our own home in Mindarie (as some of you will already be aware). Our new home will be ready to move in July this year.
We have been renting in Kallaroo for the past eleven months on a minimum 12 month lease.
The owners have decided to pull the plug and sell up once the year is up.
We are a family of four, two boys aged 4 & 2 and a new baby on the way, due end of July, so that throws a bit of a curve ball into the whole situation.
We need to be in a new property at the end of March and are appealing for a bit of help from the board in giving us a heads up.
Northern burbs preferably with a catchment area from Duncraig up to Mindarie and from the coast into Ashby / Tapping.
The lease would be around 4 - 5 months and it may suit someone wanting housesitters?

PS - Please do not suggest the likes of PIP etc etc, we have already used them and found them extortionate in their charging.

Cheers mate but a bit too far down for us ... the kids are in daycare & kindy split between Kallaroo & Mindarie ... bit too much of a road trip mornings & arvo's!!!

Failing that, have you thought of contacting real estate agents and seeing if anyone is breaking their lease locally that maybe you could rent for a few months?
Dont know what else to suggest, hope you get it sorted...
