Thumbs down Perth, another weather moan

[moan]
Right, it's raining again, it's windy again, it's cold again and it is forecast to last all week.

Moving to Perth? remember to bring waterproofs, fleeces and an umbrella for 6 months of the year.

It's not much better in South Australia.
Before we came here we were told by numerous sources - "the cold weather only lasts 3 months and then you have 9 months of glorious weather" I'd say it is more like 6 months. The best one was "it never gets below 15 degrees". I'm not saying this is a bad thing but I just wish people would be honest about these things instead of trying to flower things up then people coming here would be better prepared.

Yes but at least we know what to expect there. What pees me off is when some people in Australia try to make out that the weather here is fantastic 9 months out of 12 and never drops below a certain temp. Not true!!!

I spent all of Sunday morning getting the pool in tip top condition. Looks like the cover is staying on for the foreseeable future...

Yup, pissy weather again, but agree with an earlier poster the bank holiday weather was fab! Almost got in the pool, almost....

I've got my first visitors arriving at the weekend, and feel stupidly responsible for the weather, but if they will come in October..............

According to my wife's dive computer my pool, at 19 degrees C is one degree warmer than the sea.
