Hi all,

I have had laser treatment for pre-cancerous cells 10 years ago, had 6 monthly checks and now have smears every 5 years like everyone else. Would i have to declare this when applying?

Hope someone can put my mind at rest

i was quite poorly over 10 years ago had a spell in intensive care but didnt feel the need to disclose this as it wasnt relevant to my health now

all they want is ongoing treatment issues, i dont think i have heard of anyone failing to get in because of medical conditions

as long as you are honest about any medication you are currently on and any ongoing health problems then you are fine

i work as a gynae nurse and the consultants i work with are fab,
