My mates a chippy for perry homes and is based in bayside Brisbane...pretty much a standard builder and no pitfalls to watch out for...so all in all no bad news!

Thanks for the info. It's good to know they are not cowboys as we will be doing everything long distance.

So many builders could'nt be bothered to answer our enquiries. Perry Homes seem to be on the ball and distance doesn't appear to be a problem for them.

I hope we'll still be smiling this time next year
