Default People who shipped stuff to brisbane ..

Our stuff arrived on the 14th Jan and we have now been told its cleared customs but there is a bit of a backlog at quarrentine(sp!) ..

Any idea how long it should take from this point (if there wasn't a backlog!)

We're desperately waiting for our stuff ... its going to be like christmas

from arrival at Brisbane, ours took app. 3 and a half weeks...it would have been a bit quicker, but we had to wait until they had another delivery up to Bundy.
Hope it arrive soon...I know the feeling.

Ours docked on the 11th and was delivered on the 27th. That included a 5 working day wait for the shippers to have a team available to deliver to us.

Our stuff arrived on the same boat, and we have been told it will take approx 4 weeks to clear customs due to the backlog then hopefully another week to get it up to Mackay.

Hi Ours arrived 25th November and was delivered to us on the 2nd January

It is like christmas all over again.
Make sure you thoroughly check the package count ( Inventory ) and any items such as framed pictures or glass items, for breakages.
We used PSS and had 1 breakage ( Framed Picture ) unfortunately it was a fathers day gift from my son. The broken glass has ruined the print, so i can't salvage it. Not really worth claiming on insurance because of the excess.

Oh Yeah, we love it.
Our little one has just started @ Viccy Point Pre school, and as soon as i find work we'll be looking @ buying a property.

Wynnum seems nice, when we drove through, but then again everywhere is nice when you compare it to the Uk.

Hi

Our stuff came in to Brisbane on 21 Jan and we have been told it will take up to 15 working days and that the backlog is getting clearer each day. So fingers crossed!
