Sorry guys, I know this topic has been done to death .

I'm due to leave for melbourne on 25th may , on a temp spouse visa , Can I transfer my uk company pension fund to an ozzy super fund even though I'm only on a temp visa for the first 2 years??? Ive read conflicting posts on here.... some say no , some yes but you must be employed, some say yes and you can be self employed..... if its a personnal super fund do i have to be employed at all???

any clarification on this would be greatly appreciated

settle down...my question is not just aimed at you guys over there, plus , not everybody reads all the pages for the day and only read the first few, by the time you guys over there are out of bed my question would be way down the pages, is that ok with you??
