Pearsall, Perth
Hi
Might have the chance of a rental in Pearsall, just wandering if anybody
on here can advise what the place is like?
I'm thinking quality of local primary schools and if it's
considered a bit rough or not. The house itself looks really nice and the location of Pearsall seems ideal to where we'll be working, but as I've
never heard of the place, thought I best enquire
Cheers
Steve.

Re: Pearsall, Perth
I live in Ashby which is not too far from Pearsell. My daughter who is 4 goes to the new Hocking Primary School which is the next suburb and she loves it there. All these suburbs along the Wanneroo Road all pretty much look the same and have the same feel about them. We have friends in Hocking who love it there and we like Ashby. It is really hard to make a decision without actually seeing it for youself. My son who is 7 goes to Tapping primary and my youngest will be going there next year (long story why they go to 2 different schools). I would definitely like to live nearer to the school than we do now as the kids would love to be able to walk.
Hope some of this helps even though it is a bit long winded! HA.
