Guess we have to give it more time to take its new direction, however heaps of the posts the last few days are really immigration question forum, or info about life in the UK. It has lost someting, PB brought up most of the discussion topics.

Best future for the forum would be all the people soon to arrive here deep posting on what life is OZ really is like.

I think the people in Oz are the one's that will miss PB's post the most. Crazy as the dude was, we can all relate to his comments in some way and either agree or disagree with them as we know what he's on about.

I for one from a purley serflish entertainment value thing will miss the "debates" he used to start.

I've been visiting this forum for more than two years now. I almost gave up on it when PB was posting. There were certainly some interesting points of view aired, but the whole tone of the forum was really pretty aggressive.

I agree. I felt the whole tone was very intimidating. Been lurking, but only decided to start posting again since the recent departures. Hopefully, we will get more people willing to stick their heads above the parapet and contribute.

Brisbane doesn't have any natural beaches just a smelly river For "real" beaches you need to go North or South. I personally prefer the northern beaches... less crowds and poser tw*ts.... which can be a problem on the GC. The tw*ts I mean.

Aus is also sunny

Aus is wonderful, I can feed the birds , possums , poke a koala up the arse with my fishing rod , nip to the beach to catch the glorious sun., or take my boat out .. go home to my wonderful big house........ all which I did not have in Britain because Britain is the pits and it is not sunny

Did I tell you Aus is sunny?

All this I wouldn't have had in Britain because I was too busy sitting on my sofa whinging about the weather, traffic, illegal immigrants taking over the world while stuffing myself with chips, instead of exploring the British isles.
