When we emigrate our daughter is staying in UK for a while to finish her degree and then she is coming over to join us. But we are wondering how and when she will pay her student loan back

It's come up before, you could try doing a search...

There are a couple or more people on here that are in the process of paying their loans back from Oz... There's also at least one that's been going through the required proof stuff to show they don't earn enough money yet to be making payments...

Hopefully one of them will see this and give you a definitive answer...
