Hi, has anybody got any recommendations for a patio company NOR? We've just had one company out for a quote so far (9m x 5m Gable $11,500).

Try these guys. The decking and pergola on their home page is what they built at my house, the carport is also mine.
They were built in 2004/2005 but at the time were competative and the quality of build is great.

We just had a 5x6 Gable patio built by onestop patio shop in Joondalup, $5800. Its great and looks nicer than we expected, They have a show room, Its just of winton road.

I do timber frame with anything thats required on top. I will look for a couple of photos to show you of some of my jobs.

I had a 15m x 5m patio fitted for $9000(inc gst, planning perm) in kit form it was $5400, no lights/fans/insulation. The quote was $10500 but i just said budget was $9000. If i needed more work done like this i would use a pommy bloke from logan hes a good clean worker that turns up on time.

harveyhare, we did go into the showroom and were impressed, but the guy in there said we couldn't have the shape we wanted. Basically we wanted the patio to join the rear of the garage but said we couldn't due to fire regulations. Another company said that was totally wrong.
