Question Partnership with Australian Resident

Hi,

What are the legal requirments to form a Partnership business by a resident (Australia) with a non-resident(Citizen of other country) of Australia?

If the partnership acquires assetts, that will need to be done with the prior approval of the Foreign Investment Review Board. (FIRB). There are tax implications. There are corporate issues. This is just the tip of the iceberg.
