Does anyone know if when a 309 & 100 visa is granted if the applicant has to go over to australia with sponser ie if the applicant had got a job offer and the sponser has to follow on once things had been sorted with there house in the country they live in?

You don't have to make the move together, but if you are going to be apart for any length of time and are on the 309, be prepared to show how you kept in touch & supported each other while apart - you';ll need that when you go for the 100.

My husband was double granted on the same day for 309 & 100 does that make a difference?

If he was eligible for the 100 then thats how it happens. 309 is granted first, then 100 immediately afterwards. Means he now has PR and there won't be any need for further evidence after 2 years.

You can either move together or separately either way is perfectly fine

As long as he validates the visa within a year and moves within 5 years. Check the visa grant letter it should explain exactly any conditions he must meet.
