Could anyone please answer the following:
I am applying on partner migration and my son is included on this application, I have been sent 1 copy of form 26 for the medical examination, will I need another copy of this form for my son's medical or will it be inclusive for both of us?
Also on obtaining temporay visa and whilst in Australia waiting for the residency visa, am I correct in that myself and my son will have to leave the country when this is processed? The reason I ask is that my partner and daughter are Australian citizens, so does this mean we will have to return to Uk without them??? A bit confused on this one!!! If someone could explain this to me, I will be very grateful.
Thanxs - Leeann

Hi,

You should contact Australia House about the Form 26 - they know your circumstances
and will send you another if a mistake has been made.

As for your second question: You and your son will not have to leave Australia under
present regulations if/when you are granted Permanent Residence.

Best Wishes.
